Liberty Two Group

Website Design & Build

Summary

The Liberty-Two Group manage property development and investment. Their requirements were fairly simple: take inspiration from our branding and make the site engaging.

The content overall was fairly limited as they saw their home as something more akin to a landing page, therefore the best solution was a single-page site. Clean but with lots of interaction and movement.

Open Strong

I wanted to start the site with a strong snappy opening. Their branding used lots of brightly coloured angles and gradients, so I felt it would be good to lean into this.

I used the angular triangles to draw focus to the centre of the screen where the header would appear.

Liberty for All

As this website was a single scroll page, I wanted to try and make it as impactful as possible. This meant really utilising the power of negative space.

The negative space allowed me to really explore some interesting options with the page interactions. This included large text that could scroll across the screen as the user scrolls up/down, text blocks that appear a line at a time, etc.

Finally, finishing the page with a large colour-blocked contact section really helped to pull the user focus to the call to action of the site.

Rock 'n Scroll

Utilising the need for the user to scroll through the page opened up a lot of fun design and development space. It allowed elements that would traditionally be static and boring to really come to life.
